What is Heartfelt Australia 's refund / exchange policy?
In the rare instance whereby goods may arrive damaged, we are more than happy to exchange the item/s. Goods must be returned within 10 days of receipt of purchase, at your expense. Please include a copy of your receipt, and we shall notify you as soon as we receive it. We do not exchange goods for different sizes, styles or colours, so please choose your purchases carefully.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery within Australia is a flat rate of $8.50 for personal deliveries. Wholesale delivery rates will be discussed with those parties concerned. This rate includes postage and handling. On most occasions, we use Australia post.
For international orders, shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12.
